INNERES FALLEN DES WASSERMANS

Inneres Fallen des Wassermanns, proposes to bring the listener on an impressionnistic and wandering path of electronic sounds. The electroacoustic performance continues Delia Derbyshire ́s attempts to re-create in five movements some sensations of dreaming - as running away, falling, landscape, under water and colour - in The Dreams (1964).
The piece is based on a meditation tape for Aquarius that plays a supporting role in the piece ́s narrative, in search of our inner sonic chamber. The first part drives the listener on a crashed ascent. A drone induces a falling movement leading to a desorientated echoing landscape that shifts into a volcanic groaning. Emerging hypnotising harmonic tones generate a trans to float back.
